Tools You Will Need
Screwdriver / Electric drill
Measuring tape

Level
Screws (supplied separately or included per your order)
Pre-Installation Notes
Confirm you have selected slides matching the depth of your drawer (250 mm – 600 mm).
These are undermount slides, installed underneath the drawer, not on the sides.
Ensure the cabinet opening and drawer box dimensions fit the slide specification before drilling.
The red adjustment latches are used for quick release, height and front alignment after installation.
Step 1: Mount Slides to the Cabinet
Locate the pre-drilled mounting holes on the slide rail.
Position one slide on the left inside bottom of the cabinet, the matching slide on the right side.
Keep both slides parallel and at the same depth. Use a level to avoid tilt.
Secure the fixed cabinet rails to the cabinet base with screws. Do not over-tighten the screws.
Step 2: Attach Locking Latches to Drawer Box
Take the red quick-release latches. Fix one latch to the left bottom rear of the drawer box, the other to the right.
Align latches carefully; misalignment will cause sticking or failure of the soft-close function.
Tighten screws to hold latches firmly onto the drawer base.
Step 3: Clip Drawer onto the Slides
Pull the slide runners fully open.
Lower the drawer slowly and clip the latches into the grooves of the undermount slides. You will hear a clear "click" once locked in place.
Gently test pulling and pushing the drawer to check movement.
Step 4: Adjust Alignment
If the drawer front sits unevenly, use the adjusters on the red latches to tune height and front gap.
Test the soft-close buffer function: push the drawer closed. It should slow down and land softly without slamming.
If the drawer sticks, double-check that both slides are parallel and no screws block the sliding track.
Step 5: Remove the Drawer (For Maintenance)
Simply squeeze the trigger on both red latches at the same time, then lift the drawer upward and pull it out.
Important Tips
Do not drill into the soft-close damper mechanism.
Keep the track clean from wood dust to maintain smooth sliding performance.
These zinc-plated iron slides are rust-resistant, but avoid long-term exposure to standing water.
If you install multiple drawers, keep all slides of the same length consistent per cabinet.
Troubleshooting
Drawer slams shut: The soft-close unit may be damaged or incorrectly clipped. Reinstall latches.
Drawer is hard to pull: Check for tilted slides or screws protruding into the track.
Uneven front gap: Fine-tune the adjustment knobs on the latches.
