📋 Our Full Compliance Action Plan

Our dedicated regulatory compliance team has already launched a full-scale preparation workflow to ensure all requirements are met before the dispatch of your first post-effective-date delivery:

✅ We will draft the official EU Declaration of Conformity strictly pursuant to Annex VII of the Regulation, to certify that all our packaging fully satisfies the standards for packaging minimization, recyclability, and the complete elimination of all prohibited substances.

✅ We will compile complete Technical Data Sheets and supporting technical dossiers, with full evidence to demonstrate the structural and compositional characteristics of every packaging item we supply.

✅ We will complete all chemical compliance verification work: for food contact packaging, we will provide formal certification confirming the absence of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) or full compliance with the strict applicable limits; for all other packaging, we will deliver official certification verifying that the total concentration of heavy metals (lead, cadmium, mercury, and hexavalent chromium) does not exceed the maximum limit of 100 mg/kg as specified under Article 5 of the Regulation.
