We greatly appreciate your trust and support in our company. To better serve you and ensure the smooth operation of our cooperation, we would like to clearly outline our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and relevant order terms, which are designed to balance your business needs with our operational sustainability.

Factory Price Terms

Single Factory Orders: For orders with a total value of USD 3,000 or more, where all goods are sourced from a single factory, we are pleased to offer factory price terms. This means you only need to cover the cost of the goods themselves, without additional fees related to logistics or distribution from our end. This option is ideal for customers who focus on products from a specific supplier and want to keep costs straightforward.

Multi-Factory Mixed Orders: If your order value ranges from USD 5,000 to USD 10,000, we accept mixed orders from multiple factories while still providing factory price terms. This flexibility allows you to diversify your product range without worrying about extra costs associated with sourcing from different suppliers. Whether you are looking to expand your product line or meet diverse customer demands, this term gives you the freedom to do so cost-effectively.

FOB Terms

Orders Valued Between USD 10,000 and USD 15,000: When your order falls within this value range, we can offer FOB (Free On Board) terms with an additional fee of USD 350. This fee covers the costs associated with preparing the goods for shipment, including loading them onto the vessel at the port of origin. By choosing this option, you can benefit from the convenience of FOB terms while we handle the necessary logistics arrangements to get your goods ready for international transport.

Orders Valued at USD 15,000 or Above: For orders exceeding USD 15,000, we provide FOB terms without any additional fees. This is our way of rewarding larger orders and supporting your business growth. With FOB terms, you gain control over the shipping and insurance processes, while we ensure your goods are properly prepared and delivered to the port on time.

A Note on Cost Coverage

We understand that these terms may raise questions, and we want to be transparent about our reasoning. The costs associated with FOB terms, such as port fees, documentation, and cargo handling, can be significant. For smaller orders, these costs would eat into our already narrow profit margins, making it unsustainable for us to offer FOB terms without additional charges. By setting these thresholds, we aim to maintain the quality of our products and services while still providing you with competitive pricing.

We sincerely hope you can understand our position and consider placing larger orders when possible. Not only will this allow you to take advantage of more favorable terms, but it will also help us continue to invest in improving our products and services for you. If you have any questions or need further clarification on our MOQ and order terms, please do not hesitate to contact our sales team. We are always here to assist you and find the best solutions for your business needs.

Thank you again for your understanding and continued partnership. We look forward to working with you to achieve mutual success.
