How to Manufacture Freestanding Dish Rack

This is a "place it and you're done" installation, but a few tips will make it work better.

What You'll Need:

1.Your dish rack

2.A drying mat or towel (optional, but recommended to protect your counter)

Steps:

1.Clean the Surface: Wipe down your countertop where the rack will sit.

2.Place the Drying Mat (Optional): Lay down a drying mat or a folded towel. This protects your counter from scratches and absorbs any stray water droplets.

3.Assemble the Rack (If Required): Some racks come with removable utensil holders or additional tiers. Slide them into place according to the manufacturer's instructions. This usually doesn't require tools.

4.Position the Rack: Place the assembled rack on the mat. The best position is usually right next to the sink, with the drain tray angled slightly towards the sink to direct water.

5.You're done! Load your dishes.
